The topic of the conference is Ethics in Bible Translation. This is very relevant for me in relation to what I have been working on for almost 25 years of specialization on persuasive design for learning at Aalborg University and at the ETCBC of the VU University in Amsterdam and as the Biblical Hebrew teacher at FIUC Copenhagen.

I am co-presenting with my colleague Ephrem Tariku Chicaw, Coordinator for Bible Translation and Mission Program at Mekane Yesus Seminary in Addis Abeba. He was in my first class in Addis in 2019. We are now planning how to offer the best training for teachers and instructors through new a project at the center. 

Ephrem is doing interviews with learners and instructors who support our vision for Ethiopia to enhance local instruction in the Biblical languages and offer TheWell for adivisors and consultants working in the field.
